Bart Sp. z o.o. has been successfully delivering turnkey industrial projects for well over a decade, providing services of the highest standard.
Our comprehensive engineering services cover design with technology and equipment selection, procurement and delivery to the construction site, installation of industrial systems, commissioning and validation.
Alongside full project execution, we provide warranty and post-warranty service for the systems we install, together with consulting and training in the maintenance and operation of filter-ventilation installations and equipment.
The company specialises in particular in design-build construction services for complete dust extraction and ventilation systems in industrial plants, including the accompanying sanitary and industrial automation installations, as well as HVAC systems.
General contractor for industrial projects
from concept to ongoing maintenance
We deliver industrial projects under two contracting models – the right choice depends on how far the project has already progressed on the client’s side.
- Under the design-build model, we take responsibility for the entire process – from concept and design, through technology and equipment selection, to installation, commissioning and validation.
- Under the general contracting model, we join the project with documentation already prepared by the client – we handle procurement, installation, commissioning and handover to operation.
Whichever model you choose, the benefits are the same: a secure investment, predictable costs and schedules, and a fast route to putting the installation into service.
Project delivery stages
Under both models (design-build and general contracting), project delivery comprises five stages.

By expanding and developing our design department, we have become one of the most dynamic companies in the Polish industrial installation sector. We operate four design offices across Poland, staffed by experienced designers and engineers specialising in dust extraction and ventilation systems.
Drawing on deep technical knowledge and many years of experience, our designers handle the most demanding challenges and deliver technical and economic solutions of the highest standard. We develop concepts and designs precisely matched to technical requirements, individual client needs and specific operating parameters, ensuring the optimal selection of equipment and components for every project.
Technology selection. Selection and design of filter-ventilation units and industrial automation
Bart designs and builds filtration units and industrial automation components. We also distribute filtration equipment from respected international brands and act as the exclusive Polish representative for industrial vacuum cleaners, central vacuum systems, extraction arms and welding station enclosure systems from leading European manufacturers.
BART Sp. z o.o. offers technological solutions and equipment of its own design, including BART BFC bag filter units and BART CFC cartridge filter units for removing dry dust from air in industrial dust extraction and vacuum systems. These are available in standard versions and in versions adapted for the separation of dust mixtures that form explosive atmospheres.
Installation, start-up
and adjustment
For well over a decade, BART Sp. z o.o. has supported Polish industry by designing, selecting the right technologies and installing clean air systems.
Installation is a key part of the services we provide. The start-up phase of a new system is equally critical: it requires careful adjustment to reach the specified operating parameters.
Alongside new installations for process dust extraction, process ventilation, central vacuum systems, cleanrooms and HVAC systems more broadly, BART also carries out upgrades, expansions, modifications bringing existing systems into line with new legal requirements, as well as inspections and system validation.
Warranty and post-warranty service
Consulting and training
To keep the production line running without interruption, maintain the correct operating parameters of the dust extraction system and ensure a healthy working environment, individual units and components must be kept in good condition through regular servicing and periodic inspections.
Scheduled inspections of system components are the foundation of an effective maintenance function within a manufacturing plant, and they become a requirement where the installation contractor has granted an extended warranty. The system must operate within the parameters it was designed for, and must be inspected and maintained in accordance with the operation and maintenance manuals. The warranty period depends on servicing and maintenance work being carried out correctly. This work is provided either by the contractor as part of a comprehensive service package, or by another service company approved by the contractor.
